The Opportunity
Advise High Net Woth and mass‑affluent clients on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries and tax planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of wills, POAs, trusts and executries.
- Advise on IHT/CGT mitigation, succession and asset protection.
- Handle contentious executries with support from disputes colleagues.
- Supervise juniors and contribute to team know‑how.
- Support and engage with BD to include seminars and community engagement.
About You
- 3+ years’ PQE in private client; STEP qualified or willing to study.
- Technically strong drafting and advisory skills.
- Excellent client care, with empathy and discretion.
- Team‑oriented with mentoring experience desirable.
