The Opportunity
Leadership role for an established PI litigator to drive growth across RTA/EL/PL and serious/catastrophic injury.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the PI team; line-manage senior fee‑earners and paralegals.
- Oversee complex/high‑value litigations including catastrophic injury.
- Budget ownership, MI and profitability; innovate process and tech.
- Key account management and business development.
- Risk management, compliance and quality assurance.
About You
- Scottish qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE and proven PI track record.
- Experience leading teams and delivering revenue growth.
- Court advocacy and negotiation at a senior level.
- Strong network and profile in the Scottish PI market.
