The Opportunity
Opportunity to join a leading disputes team covering contract, corporate, professional negligence and property litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and assist on Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions.
- Draft pleadings, statements of claim/defence and instruct counsel and experts.
- Handle interim orders, recoveries, disclosure and ADR/mediation.
- Manage client reporting, budgeting and risk.
- Contribute to BD, seminars and thought leadership.
About You
- Scottish qualified solicitor (NQ+). Strong litigation seat/experience required for NQ applicants.
- Excellent written advocacy and drafting skills.
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Confidence with clients and deadlines.
